With the release of InterFormNG2 4.0, we are proud to introduce the first step in a full design transformation, and not just in our software, but across our entire brand and visual identity. We are doing this step-by-step, starting with changing our colours, and we invite you to join along on this journey as we start our design transformation.
For decades, InterForm has been known for its intelligent, reliable output management solutions, trusted by companies around the world to handle mission-critical documents and output.
But as technology evolves, so must we. We have had the same colours, the same visual identity and the same style since 2008. That’s why we are embarking on a new complete Corporate Visual Identity (CVI) that reflects our innovation and where we aim to be in the future. It all starts with the newly redesigned InterFormNG2 4.0 release.
We still have the same great vision, but our company has gone through a digital transformation since then, and the market expects an up-to-date, user-friendly software. Together with our new colour theme sporting a modern look, our design has gotten a cleaner interface, new dashboard widgets, and a more intuitive layout. The update marks the beginning of a broader transformation.
This colour shift and redesign is just the first step, and we would like to introduce the new look and feel in our software to our existing and new clients. Over the upcoming months, we will be rolling out:
Our Lead Brand & Product Designer Livva Østerby has been leading the process of creating a coherent corporate visual identity and has been working on this since the fall of 2024. With a background that includes shaping visual identities and digital experiences for brands such as Ørsted, Danske Bank, Kellogg’s, and 3 Business, she brings both depth and precision to the process.
Working closely with the rest of the InterForm team, Livva has played a key role in crafting a design language that not only reflects our legacy but also points boldly toward the future.
Our new colour palette consists of one main colour and three supporting colours, which reflect what InterForm represents: confident, modern, and human interaction.
At the core is Majesty Plum: a deep, rich tone that signals strength and innovation. A unique strong colour that sets us apart from the traditional corporate blue and shows how innovative we are while giving our identity a distinctive edge.
Balanced by ‘Sand’, a warm, neutral base, these two combined create a clean, minimalistic and timeless feel. ‘Petroleum Blue’ adds depth and contrast, while ‘Lime Green’ introduces a vibrant spark representing growth, optimism, and human interaction.
Follow us on our journey over the upcoming months, as we start integrating our new colours in a complete redesign of our website.
This 4.0 release includes dozens of new features, improvements and fixes, such as the adding of PDF/UA-creation, support for Azure Service Bus, and new workflow health metrics to help spot and troubleshoot issues quickly.
