We are excited to announce the successful launch of the InterForm Helpcenter, a comprehensive platform designed to provide all the support you need in one convenient location.

Our new Helpcenter brings together the InterFormNG2 manual, an extensive FAQ section, and our ticketing system, gathering everything support-related under one roof.

 

What This Means for You

With the introduction of the InterForm Helpcenter, we will be gradually phasing out current ticket system; JIRA Helpdesk out over the next few months.

Here is the current timeline:

  • March 1, 2025: All support requests must be submitted through the new InterForm Helpcenter.
  • Transition Period: The JIRA Helpdesk will remain accessible temporarily to allow for the resolution of existing tickets.
  • March 31, 2025: After this date, tickets submitted through JIRA will no longer be addressed.
  • Full Decommissioning: Once all existing tickets in JIRA have been resolved, the system will be completely shut down.
