InterForm is looking for a sharp, ambitious B2B commercial profile to drive growth and commercial development.

InterForm is a private equity-backed, innovative software company in rapid expansion. We develop specialized output management solutions that help enterprises streamline and optimize their document workflows — with over 4,000 installations in more than 50 countries.

We’re now seeking a hands-on, results-driven commercial profile to work closely with top management, lead our growth journey, and set the course for our sales efforts.

About the Role

As our new Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving our commercial business development and growth initiatives—from strategy to execution. You will play a key role in the company’s continued growth and work closely with Management, Sales, Marketing, and our Product Team.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing the commercial strategy across markets and segments
  • Prospecting and building relationships with new customers and partners
  • Preparing proposals, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts
  • Feeding customer insights to Sales and Marketing for campaigns and lead generation
  • Collaborating with Development on product enhancements based on real feedback
  • Recruiting, developing, and leading a high-performing sales team as we scale.

 

What You Bring:

  • Proven B2B software sales results: You’ve successfully penetrated large accounts, negotiated complex deals, and consistently exceeded revenue targets—preferably within scale-up or enterprise software companies.
  • Builder’s mindset: You create processes from scratch and refine them as you go.
  • Tech-savvy approach: You quickly grasp complex software and can translate its value in plain terms.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment: You enjoy influencing direction and driving growth.
  • Strong communicator & negotiator: You confidently present our value, steer discussions toward win-win agreements, and close deals in fluent English. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Trust-first relationship style: You earn respect through transparency, reliability, and a genuine customer focus.
  • Self-starter with ownership mentality: You set high standards and deliver without waiting for direction.
