We have a solid foundation and an ambitious growth plan. Now, we need a skilled Finance Manager to help manage our financial operation as we scale.

About the Role

As our Finance Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the finance function at InterForm, reporting directly to top management. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage everything from daily financial operations to reporting, forecasting, and process optimization. You will ensure we have robust financial processes and reporting.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Consolidated reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (including budget vs. actuals, cash-flow analysis, and other strategic metrics) for executive management, the board of directors, and owners.
  • Bank reporting & budgeting: Develop operating, balance sheet, and liquidity budgets; handle covenant reporting and all bank-related materials.
  • Process automation & optimisation: Identify, build, and roll out automation solutions; standardize and streamline reporting workflows.
  • Finance operations: Oversee AP/AR (including dunning and credit assessments), bookkeeping, balance reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Ad hoc analysis & project support: Deliver deep-dive financial analyses and budget follow-ups. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Management to provide financial guidance and ensure alignment of financial goals with company objectives.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (e.g., Cand.merc., HD(R), or equivalent).
  • Experience: 3–5+ years of broad finance experience, ideally as a Finance Manager, Controller, or similar in a small or mid-sized company. You have managed budgeting, reporting, and financial operations and are comfortable working hands-on.
  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting (experience with Danish GAAP and/or IFRS). Proficient in accounting software and advanced Excel for analysis. Experience with ERP systems and finance process improvement is highly valued.
  • Mindset: Proactive and improvement-oriented—you take initiative to streamline workflows and solve problems. Comfortable rolling up your sleeves to dive into details, while also keeping a strategic perspective.
  • Personal Traits: Analytical and detail-focused with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity. You communicate well with non-financial colleagues and can explain numbers in plain language. You thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and are motivated by building a finance function that supports business growth.
  • Language: Fluent professional English is required. Danish language skills are an advantage but not a strict requirement.
