What happens if you are not within InterForm Spotlight?
We know that for some customers, regular upgrades may be impractical and very challenging due to internal limitations. Our Customer Success Team will still provide you with support, but old releases outside the spotlight will no longer receive bug fixes or updates.
With an active subscription you can upgrade to the latest version at any time and secure your spot in the spotlight.
We encourage customers to upgrade to new releases in a reasonably timely manner so that you may continually receive the benefits of the spotlight program and stay current, which we believe can not only help to reduce day-to-day business risk but can also increase business productivity through the adoption of new functionality and enhancements.
Key Licensing Update:
As part of our ongoing transformation to InterFormNG2, aimed at providing the future of output management, we are updating our Key Licensing policy. This change is a significant step in aligning our services with the latest advancements and ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and security for our users.
New Key Issuance Policy:
•Incompatibility with Older Versions: Key issuance is limited to the spotlight versions of InterForm400 as our new key license system under InterFormNG2 is not compatible with older versions of InterForm400.
•Mandatory Upgrade Requirement: Customers seeking new keys must upgrade to one of these two latest IF400 releases. This ensures that all users benefit from the latest features, security updates, and performance improvements inherent in our newest versions.
•Maintenance and Support Agreement: Customers without an active maintenance and support agreement will be required to reactivate this service to be eligible for a new key. This is vital for maintaining continuous service and access to our expert support team.
