InterForm Output Management offers a solution that enables you to fulfill the Daimler RFID supplier integration or the Daimler RFID capability.

Our InterForm RFID module offers the possibility to extend the label printing with the creation of RFID labels / RFID tags.

With this solution, as a supplier to Factory 56 / Jawor, you can quickly and easily achieve the RFID capability required by Daimler.

These solutions not only meet the current RFID requirements of Daimler AG, they also offer many options to meet future RFID requirements.

Existing InterForm installations can easily be extended with an additional module to have the functionality to write and print the RFID labels.

The module contains VDA 4902 in both sizes: A5 and KLT, including RFID referring to VDA 4994, so you do not have to worry about anything. Layout according to VDA 4902 on “front side” and RFID chip according to VDA 4994 on “rear side” matching with VDA4987.

Benefits:

  • The solution is recommended by Daimler
  • Works with any ERP
  • Standard solution, no programming
  • No additional integration required
  • Covers Daimler RFID requirements for factory 56 and Powertrain Jawor
    • Includes VDA 4902 A5 / KLT and VDA 4994 compliant GTL templates
  • Integrated into InterForm Automotive Solution

Peter

Hey there, thank you for reading my posts. I write about output management. In fact, I have done it for 15 years and I love it. With that said, I like to share what I learn. Through the years I have had many roles - presales, sales, marketing, and today I am now CEO and owner of InterForm with the same learning mentality. I am very interested in topics involving new trends, what is going on out there, and how we can help customers solve challenges. My true passion is helping and inspiring customers. I like to be inspired by others so please reach out to me if you have something to share. Peter
