This options starts the IFORMNG/IFORMNG subsystem - like the command STRSBS IFORMNG/IFORMNG. To be sure that the subsystem is started after an IPL i it may be a good idea to include a start of this subsystem as a part of the IPL startup program. If you do so it is (as normal) recommended to include a MONMSG CPF0000 immediately after this command.
