The input files that are arriving in InterFormNG via the File system are kept in a specific folder depending on if processing of the file was successful or not. For the other inputs the files are not automatically kept, unless you specify that via the backup service:

 

If you activate this option (and restart the document processor service), then the input files for the other input are stored in the folders above:

 

Input backup folder

The path to the folder, where the input files are stored here while processing them.

 

Success backup folder

The path to the folder, where the input files are stored after processing - if processing of the files was successful.

 

Error backup folder

The path to the folder, where the input files are stored after processing - if an error occurred during processing of the files.

 

Keep backup for x days

State the number of days, that the files should be kept.
