If you not already are monitoring an output queue in IFormNG/400 you should add one. You first need to create it (via CRTOUTQ) and then you can add it via option ‘1. Work with monitored output queues’.
On the output queue definition in IFORMNG it is a good idea to define, that the XML files are to be moved to a directory, that is monitored by InterFormNG. As default InterFormNG on the IBM i will monitor the IFS directory: /iformng/InterFormNG-shell/user/xml_inbox. You can make IFORMNG
It is very easy to setup the monitored output queue to move the XML files to this directory by editing the output queue definition in IFORMNG, press <Page> <Down> and set the exit program to be XML_INBOX in the library, IFORMNG:
