You can send out emails from InterFormNG. The merged result of the input XML file with a template is normally attached as a PDF file (although it can be disabled). The contents of the email can be variable - both as different languages, but you can also use variables in the contents to e.g. address the customer by his/her name.

In order to email you need to setup at least one email account as below.

Emails are normally sent immediately, but it is possible to setup InterFormNG to create the emails locally, and schedule the emails to be sent later within the next 24 hours. In this way it is possible to manually verify the emails before they are sent, and delete emails that should not be emailed. You set this up via Output Schedule Control.
