The Advanced PDF Module enables you to encrypt PDF and digitally sign PDF files - as well as embed files into the PDF files - and merge PDF files. The Embed option and encrypt/sign options are described separately:
Encrypt/Digital signature
If you want to encrypt PDF files created by InterForm400 and/or digitally sign them, then you need this module. Note, that you also need to buy the PDF and E-mailing module if you do not have the classic package.
Embed PDF
With the Advanced PDF Module it is possible to embed one or more files within a PDF file. This can be combined with any of the distribution methods supported including emailing and creation of PDF files locally.
Merge PDF files
The command, PDFCONCAT can merge two PDF files together.
You can also append an extra PDF file to the standard PDF file generated with the MRGSPLFPDF command, the PDF file naming definition, and the email finish definition.
