The idea of the following procedure is to give you a safe and easy start with the InterFormNG system. No knowledge on InterFormNG is required, and only minor Windows knowledge is needed. Knowledge of Xpath can be useful, but a short introduction is included here.

 

The main features of InterFormNG is, that it is able to transform XML files into PDF files or a printed result. The product is java based, so it is a platform independent application. During the transformation a design (including graphics, fonts, frames, lines etc.) is added. Here the installation and use is shown. The installation below is focused on the Microsoft Windows platform, but the installation on different platforms is covered here:

InterFormNG consists of 3 major parts:

 

•A Designer to make your forms - or templates as we call them.

•A Web service via which you can configure InterFormNG.

•A Document processor service, which does the processing of input files.
