The normal installation/upgrade on Windows involves several screens with questions. If you want to skip those and go with the default settings you can run the installation file with options /silent or /verysilent like so:

(If no license code is found, then the silence will be broken and InterFormNG will request a license).

InterFormNG-2018R01.exe /silent  

- or                

InterFormNG-2018R01.exe /verysilent.

The /silent option displays a window so you can follow the progress while the /verysilent does not give you any feedback at all.
