The application, Swiftview can be used for viewing the merged PCL spooled files via the APFWRKOUTQ/APFWRKSPLF commands, the graphical designer and from the green screen designer.
Swiftview is licensed for one, named user profile, but additional users can also use Swiftview if:
a)You have purchased an InterForm400 license for additional Swiftview users.
b)- or you are running with a test license code for InterForm400. With a test code there is no limited for how many that can use Swiftview.
As an alternative to Swiftview, you can also consider to preview from the designers as PDF, which of course does not require Swiftview.

If you are running with a valid test license key the screen will look like this:

With *NOMAX licenses for SwiftView, you do not have to type the user profiles.

If the license only allow a limited number of Swiftview users, then the screen looks like below. You need to state the user profiles of those, that are allowed to use Swiftview. Below only one user is allowed to use Swiftview:
