For InterForm400, there are 4 kinds of users:
1.Users, that sign on to the IBM i and probably generate spooled files, that are merged by InterForm400. but never actually enter InterForm400 or use the designer.
2.Users, that can use Swiftview to view merged PCL spooled files, but do not configure InterForm400 or use the designer.
3.Users, that are able to configure InterForm400 and use the graphical designer.
4.Users or rather administrators, that can use InterForm400, the designer and are also able to add new users to InterForm400.
The first and second type of users do not need to be defined as users in InterForm400. However Swiftview users might need to be registered in InterForm400 (depending on the InterForm400 license) as a Swiftview user.
