As default all users are administrators, this means that anyone can define themselves as an InterForm400 user simply as entering the InterForm400 main menu via the command, APF3812/APFMENU. If the current user is not defined as an InterForm400 user, then you will see the screen below:

This option is relevant for PDF preview in the green screen designer only. This is relevant for those overlays, that are using a duplex back page. The duplex back page option in PDF output can be defined as described in the section, back page in PDF.
The codepage set here is the codepage, that the graphical designer will use, when this user profile is signed on. If blank the system codepage will be used.
When to use code page:
*SPLFATR:
Spooled file codepage will override the designer codepage set above, if it contains a specific one.
*ALWAYS:
Ignore any spooled file codepage in the designer - even if there is a specific codepage on the spooled file attribute.
DBCS codepage
If you want to use a DBCS spooled file in the graphical designer, then you should set a fixed DBCS codepage here. With the When to use codepage option you can tell InterForm400 if a spooled file codepage should be able to override the fixed codepage you have set here. For DBCS designs you should also enable the unicode option in the designer.
