You should consider to use a True Type Font in InterForm400 in either of these situations:
1.You want to print in a code page outside the Latin 1 symbol set.
2.The font does not look like expected on some printers and/or in PDF output.
3.You want to use a special font (e.g. a special company font), that is not known by the PDF viewer and/or your printers.
The recommended way is to consider a universal font, but you can also create a simple font number a for the resident fonts, install a True Type Font, and then link the font number with the installed soft font (True Type Font) like described below.
To install and use a True Type Font you should do these steps:
1.Create a font number like described for the resident fonts.
2.Install a True Type Font for the symbol sets (code pages), that you want to use it for. A special procedure apply to install of a unicode soft font for unicode output.
3.In Autodownload you also need to link the installed True Type Font with the font numbers, that should use it.
