If Copy Management is used in the overlay intended to be used for the inserted pages, the next screen must be filled in. The finish definition will then check the overlay for the number of pages defined in Copy Management.
If the field below is left blank, and the overlay selected for the pages to be inserted does contain Copy Management, the result will be unpredictable. Note that the overlay entered here is not necessarily the one being printed, but is merely used for pre-defining a value for the Copy Management.

(Please notice, that the page selection criteria is blank).

If the customer number is not found on all pages, then you can use the page selection criteria to select the recipient ID only on specific pages like below. You can even add multiple sequence numbers if the recipient ID is not placed in a fixed line. More information can be found for the sort definitions.
Staple this page type
This indicates if you want to staple the actual page selected by the page selection criteria above. The actual page could e.g. be a page that contains only key fields, that are used for identifying which pages, that should be stapled together, but you do not want to include the actual page in the final, stapled output. If that is the case, then you should state *NO for this parameter.
